SECOR - Scott K. Landis, 53, of 859 C.R. 2250 East Road, Secor, died at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday (Jan. 31, 2007) at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal.

His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Calvert & Froelich Memorial Home, El Paso, with the Rev. Debbie Horvath officiating. Burial will be at 1:45 p.m. Saturday at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the memorial home. Memorials may be made to the Community Cancer Center, Normal, or the Eureka Hospital Cancer Clinic.

He was born Aug. 17, 1953, in Decatur, the son of Norvan L. and Lois Jean Richhart Landis.

Surviving are his mother, Jean Landis, Secor; a sister, Jenifer Landis, Normal; three aunts; two uncles; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Scott was associated with the Methodist church and had worked and was trained at Illinois Graphic in Bloomington and then worked in printing services at Illinois State University, Normal. Scott loved the outdoors.
