I wanted to pass along an update about my sister-in-law, Jean Dirks Schertz. She and her husband, Mike were looking forward to being with everyone this Friday night. Jean has kidney dialysis on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and was coming to Bloomington from her home in Davenport to join the Friday festivities. (And as most women do, she even bought a new dress.) J Unfortunately, Jean has been experiencing severe headaches and is currently hospitalized for tests and treatment, and so needed to cancel. Jean had so looked forward to reconnecting and seeing you all.
