What a nice guy, knew him in Junior High the most, I think we even went steady. He always called my folks to ask them when I would be in town, one of my favorate 4 Seasons buddies when we used to hang there.
Kim Long - what a sweetheart. He and I attended grade school together at Edwards Grade School in Bloomington. He suffered with diabetes all of his entire life. I remember his brother, David Long, and David was in 6th grade when I was in either 4th or 5th grade. I had such a crush on David as a little girl. We were being taught how to go down the fire escape at Edwards School in case their was a fire and David was the person chosen to teach me. My heart fluttered. (I still remember this)...
Kim was the first boy I ever kissed -- in kindergarten. We were neigbors and played together all the time. We had quite the gang of kids in our neighborhood. We loved catching lightning bugs and roller skating. Great memories and I miss him very much too!
Kim and I went to Edwards School together - he was a great kid - always had a great sense of humor. I last talked to him when our kids were going to the YWCA - it was great catching up. I miss him - he was one of the nicest guys ever.
